Open Digital Signer by BCC Certifying Authority (CA) is a free Google Chrome extension that allows any website to integrate the feature of signing digital documents, including PDF and XML files, directly from the browser. 2. Download and install the Windows Host application installer on your Windowsmachine.
4. (Optional) If you don't have a certificate installed on your local computer, you can download and install a test certificate provided by the BCC CA for checking the functionalities of the app. The test certificate can be downloaded from this link: [link] (password: 123456).
5. If Step 3 works correctly, your local environment is ready to sign any XML or PDF document using the native app and browser extension.
